THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DOMYNGO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DOMYNGO from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, United States of America.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be preceded by at least 30 days' notice.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and DOMYNGO.
